Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in various camp activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Implement individualized care plans for campers with special needs, fostering their social and emotional development.
- Assist with daily routines, including meal times and personal hygiene, while promoting independence.
- Collaborate with fellow counselors to create inclusive programming that accommodates diverse abilities.
- Provide first aid and respond to emergencies as needed, maintaining a focus on camper safety.
- Facilitate group activities and encourage teamwork, enhancing campers' social skills and confidence.
