About the Role:
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support both the CEO and President of Ell Companies. This role is perfect for someone who is solution-focused, anticipates needs, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for calendar management, internal communications, system implementation, and high-level administrative support across multiple companies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to both the CEO and President across three companies
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and track action items and follow-ups
- Organize and prioritize executive communications and project coordination
- Implement and manage internal systems and workflows
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members
- Maintain and update CRM databases and internal reporting
Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of executive or administrative assistant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and work independently
- Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred; real estate license a plus
