Requirements
- 2 Years experience in a full service fine dining restaurant or relatable experience required!
- Able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
- Must have a RBS Certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid work permit)
- Ability to memorize menus and speak articulately
- Ability to follow directions
- Works with positive communication
- Team Mentality
- Able to work various hours/days as business dictates
- Reliable transportation to work
Position Summary: Servers are responsible for maintaining guest service according to Restaurant standards while having the highest level of menu knowledge, taking orders, delivering dishes in a timely fashion, clearing tables, assisting with beverage questions and attentive hospitality. The Server uses their knowledge of food and beverage to assist the guest with any questions regarding ingredients, allergens, purveyors and preparation. The server has the knowledge of and maintains sanitary food handling practices. They interact with guests, and help their colleagues throughout service in a positive manner by assisting them promptly, and approaching them in a hospitable, friendly way.
