Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and oversee purchasing strategies that align with organizational goals and values.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure high-quality materials and services at competitive prices.
- Manage and optimize the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment for projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and engineers, to identify material needs and specifications.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery schedules, and contractual terms.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and cost analyses.
- Analyze market trends and forecasts to identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
