Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients, managing project coordination and communications.
- Review project deliverables, including drawings, calculations, specifications, and permit applications.
- Plan and lead project meetings, technical reviews, and progress updates with both internal teams and clients.
- Develop detailed scopes of work, including equipment needs, value-added engineering options, material requirements, and labor estimates.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, Gantt charts, and other deliverables.
- Accurately forecast and manage resources for wet utility projects, ensuring proper materials, labor, and time allocation.
- Apply expertise in sewer, storm drain, and large-diameter structures, including shoring and crane requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Perform on-site visits to ensure adherence to project specifications, including open-cu construction, shoring methods, and street work.
- Communicate and draft bid revisions, change orders, and project updates for clients and internal teams.
- Use Planswift for comprehensive takeoffs, including assembly planning.
- Manage prevailing wage projects, ensuring resource allocation aligns with wage requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the project management team, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
