Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact with clients, managing project coordination and communications. • Review project deliverables, including drawings, calculations, specifications, and permit applications. • Plan and lead project meetings, technical reviews, and progress updates with both internal teams and clients. • Develop detailed scopes of work, including equipment needs, value-added engineering options, material requirements, and labor estimates. • Oversee project schedules, budgets, Gantt charts, and other deliverables. • Accurately forecast and manage resources for wet utility projects, ensuring proper materials, labor, and time allocation. • Apply expertise in sewer, storm drain, and large-diameter structures, including shoring and crane requirements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. • Perform on-site visits to ensure adherence to project specifications, including open-cu construction, shoring methods, and street work. • Communicate and draft bid revisions, change orders, and project updates for clients and internal teams. • Use Planswift for comprehensive takeoffs, including assembly planning. • Manage prevailing wage projects, ensuring resource allocation aligns with wage requirements. • Lead, mentor, and develop the project management team, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualification • 15 years of project management experience, particularly in wet pipeline projects. • Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or a related field (preferred • Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, adapting to the needs of each project. • Proficiency in reading civil plans and understanding complex deliverable • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to draft documents, speak clearly, and understand multi-step instructions. • A valid California driver’s license and good driving record are required
