What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative / License Office Clerk Wentzville position at Elle Management?
We are currently seeking clerks for our License Office in Wentzville, Missouri.
We provide service to customers who are obtaining a driving permit, driver license, state ID card, motor vehicle and watercraft title and/or registration, and any other specialized permits.
We offer competitive pay, great hours, detailed training, health, dental, and vision benefits. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour.
We are offering a $250 sign on bonus for Part Time applicants after the successful completion of first 6 months of employment or a $500 sign on bonus for Full Time applicants after the successful completion of first 6 months of employment.
We have both full and part time positions available. Students welcome!
Our business hours include Saturdays. Saturday availability will be required, they are shortened shifts.
The key responsibilities for this position include, and are done in accordance with Missouri statutes, regulations, and federal laws; they are listed below:
-Providing excellent and efficient customer service.
-Working as a supportive team member with the ability to work independently in a production-oriented work environment.
-Working at the customer service counter processing transactions, computing and collecting fees, balancing money collected with computer record of transactions.
-Effectively communicating and interacting with a diverse population interpreting and applying statutes, regulations, policies and procedures in person and over the phone.
-Entering and retrieving information from an electronic database, quickly and accurately.
-Researching information, analyzing documentation, reviewing, and explaining findings.
-Being conscientious of the cost of supplies and equipment and seeing that they are used in a cost-effective manner.
-Operating the DMV's computer system, testing equipment, digital camera, & printer equipment.
