Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and update records in the database accordingly.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support for our products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
