Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Answer incoming calls and provide accurate, timely, and effective support to customers.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs and provide solutions to problems, ensuring a positive experience.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback into the company database.
- Escalation: Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring swift resolution.

Requirements:
