As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools.
