Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily and offer additional assistance if needed.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service updates to provide the best support possible.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer needs.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations without compromising service quality.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is an advantage.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a genuine desire to help customers.
$850 - $1150week
