THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events ranging from corporate functions to community gatherings.
- Coordinate with vendors to secure services and supplies needed for events.
- Help develop event timelines, including setup and breakdown schedules.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting events through social media and other channels.
- Attend events to ensure everything runs smoothly and resolve any issues that arise on-site.
- Gather feedback from attendees post-event to help improve future events.
- Maintain event records and documentation to track successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups.
