THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all event details are confirmed and executed.
- Support the logistics of events, including setup, teardown, and management of event materials.
- Help maintain budgets and track expenses related to events and activities.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of event promotional materials.
- Participate in meetings to discuss event ideas and strategies with the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
