- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events while managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors warmly and directing them appropriately.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining office supplies inventory, and coordinating office maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow within the organization.
Skills
