Ellerbe Fine Foods currently seeks experienced a lead line chef looking to join a quality, scratch, fine dining restaurant!
Lead Line Chef Responsibilities:
Prepping and maintaining a clean and organized work station.
Producing a consistent and proper product during service.
Follow instruction from the management team to ensure targets are met with labor and food costs.
Assisting in kitchen projects and prep.
Assisting in leading the hot line during service.
Closing station and assisting with closing of kitchen.
3pm-close
4-5 shifts per week
The ideal candidate:
Fine Dining Experience
Minimum 3 years hot line experience
Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Must be able to direct line and communicate tickets/orders for a smooth service.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
*Always closed Sunday and Monday!
