In this role, you will work closely with our project manager and leadership team to create and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Digital & Visual Content Management: Update and manage images for the Toast system, mobile app, and company website to ensure accurate, fresh, and engaging content.
- Content Planning & Execution: Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots for marketing materials, including sourcing props and managing logistics.
- Project & Promotional Tracking: Oversee the production and delivery of promotional materials for new store openings and other marketing initiatives.
- Social Media Engagement: Manage and engage with Ellianos Coffee’s corporate and franchise social media accounts by posting updates, responding to interactions, and building online community engagement.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing franchise shows, grand opening events, and other corporate functions, ensuring all promotional needs are met and timelines are adhered to.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of sales materials and promotional assets and place orders as needed.
- Customer & Franchisee Communication: Monitor and respond to customer feedback, and manage communications with franchisees.
- Ellianos Cares Campaigns: Coordinate and manage Ellianos Cares community outreach campaigns and assist with email marketing automation.
- Grand Opening Support: Play an active role in planning and attending store grand openings, supporting the execution of a successful event.
- Media Interaction: Respond to comments and inquiries on corporate social media channels and forward relevant store feedback to franchisees.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) is required.
- Video editing experience with Adobe Premiere is preferred but not required.
- Photography experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills are required.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design and web design.
- Capability to learn our industry and product terminology.
- Superior verbal, written, and in-person communication skills.
- Strong ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
- Proven ability to proactively identify tasks and opportunities, and manage projects independently from initiation to completion.
Compensation: The pay range for this position is between $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
