Position Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing / Advertising Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in implementing marketing and advertising initiatives, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall success of campaigns and events. Key Responsibilities :
Tactical Coordination :
- Archive and organize advertising materials for easy reference and retrieval.
- Support the execution of marketing and advertising campaigns, events, and special projects.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, document preparation, and communications.
- Compile reports and marketing collateral as assigned.
Technical and Functional Support :
Manage supply orders, maintain inventory, and reorder materials as needed.Print and distribute promotional materials, advertising content, and correspondence.Interdepartmental Collaboration :
Coordinate with internal teams to plan and deliver project goals.Assist company personnel in achieving marketing objectives.Communicate with management about departmental activities, issues, and opportunities.General Maintenance and Special Projects :
Ensure the work area remains clean, secure, and organized.Stay updated on industry trends and attend team meetings.Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.Qualifications :
Education and Experience :
2-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of Quark Express and Photoshop is a plus.Experience with customer service practices and marketing technologies.Core Competencies :

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
