About the Job:
- Observe and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bed baths and shaving
- Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake
- Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
- Maintain resident spaces clean and tidy
- Transport residents within the facility
- Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data
Requirements:
- Current New York State Certification
- In good standing with State Registry
