What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner position at Ellicott Development Company?
Ellicott Development is looking for a Cleaner to take care of our Olean, NY facilities and carry out daily cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition to assure tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Notify management of new or reoccurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
Hours are 15 to 20 hours per week with scheduled times usually 5 pm to 9 pm Monday to Friday with some flexiblility available. There maybe an oppurtunity to pick up additional hours if interested.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
