Compensation: Estimated $58,000 - $95,000 annually based on licensure and experience

Job Duties Include:

• A minimum of 25 client sessions per week to a diverse population of clients.
• Documentation maintained & updated via user friendly platforms and EHR.
• Use of creative and innovative approaches to mental health treatment.
• Excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure effective and quality care.
• Utilizing your preferred clinical techniques to assist clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or doctorate from an accredited college or university.
• Must have licensure valid in the State of Maryland.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
