Key Responsibilities :
- Real Estate Litigation : Represent clients in complex commercial litigation with a focus on real estate-related disputes.
- Courtroom & Motion Practice : Manage various stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, handling motions, and managing discovery (including e-discovery).
- Legal Research & Writing : Prepare polished, professional legal documents with a high standard of written advocacy.
- Case Strategy & Client Representation : Participate in litigation strategy, arbitration, and mediation while directly engaging with clients.
