Commercial / Real Estate Litigation Attorney
Well established Manhattan law firm with a deep pipeline of work with NYC and Long Island Developers and Landlords is seeking a mid to senior level commercial litigation attorney for an associate or counsel position. The right individual has strong research / writing skills, knowledge of New York civil procedure, and has represented clients in complex commercial and real estate litigations with a focus on Secured Financing enforcement proceedings, drafting dispositive motions, and making State and Federal Court appearances and mediations. This is a hands-on position in a professional and congenial law practice. Hours tend to be in the 1800-1900 / yr., hybrid work schedule. Salary in the $180K-$300K range.
