Project Recruit has partnered with a top boutique real estate Law Firm (20 attorneys) seeking to hire a commercial real estate lending attorney to assist in all components of sophisticated commercial real estate financings for entrepreneurial and institutional real estate clients, focusing on commercial lender representation.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Independently handling all aspects of Secured Financing enforcement proceedings
  • Drafting and arguing dispositive motions and injunction papers
  • Diligence related to the purchase and sale of notes and mortgages
  • Preparing pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and appeals
  • Handling State and Federal Court appearances and mediations

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 3-5 years of solid experience in Commercial Litigation
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities, along with effective communication skills for client interactions, are essential
  • Applicants must be admitted to practice in New York, with New Jersey admission preferred
