The Foreman will be responsible for the following:
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members to foster a cohesive and efficient crew.
- Lead crews in the installation of water, low-pressure sewer systems, and utility infrastructure using HDD, trenching, and pipe fusion techniques.
- Manage projects, resources and staffing to meet safety needs, regulations, efficiency, profitability, laws, project schedule and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency with modern construction equipment, operating, directional drills, and pipe fusion equipment.
- Ensure all proper safety procedures are followed. Conduct daily safety briefings.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of underground utilities and construction practices, particularly in water, sewer, electrofusion, hdd and trenchless technology systems.
- Long hours and overtime will be required, especially during our peak production seasons. Travel and overnight are required as needed.
- The ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.
- Candidates with CDLs are preferred. On-the-job CDL training is also available.
