- Assist in managing communication during crisis situations, providing timely and accurate information to mitigate impact.
- Ensure all communications are consistent with the organization’s mission, values, and messaging guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications strategies and initiatives, using data to inform improvements. They take direction from more senior personnel.
