The qualified candidate will have:
- U.S. Citizenship (Required)
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility (Required)
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification or related equivalent.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience overseeing complex projects within IT engineering or big data environments, or a Master’s degree combined with 5 years of experience.
- At least 5 years of experience managing projects utilizing non-traditional methodologies, such as Agile, within fields like big data, AI/MLOps, and DevSecOps.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a military or government setting, with an emphasis on project management, engineering, or computer science.
- Proficient in tracking and reporting on personnel utilization and budget expenditure across the Search portfolio.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to effectively interact with members of the CDAO and stakeholders across various DoD organizations.
