Now Hiring: Hospital Clinic Manager
Ellinwood District Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to lead operations in our busy and growing clinic. As we settle into our new state-of-the-art facility and experience increased patient volume, we are looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview:
Job duties include hiring Clinic employees and scheduling, preparing Provider monthly regular and on-call schedules, holding Clinic staff meetings, attending management meetings, performing annual employee evaluations, reviewing the Clinic budget, organizing various events such as physicals, vaccine clinic, etc… maintaining excellent patient service, and overseeing the general day-to-day functioning of the Clinic.
Experience as a Clinic or healthcare manager a plus, but would consider a person with other relevant experience and proficiencies for this position. Maybe you are an experienced professional RN with a talent in management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinic staff and daily operations
- Ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality service
- Monitor and improve clinic performance metrics
- Collaborate with providers and hospital leadership
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
Qualifications:
- It is highly desired that you have a current nursing license with experience in nursing, as it is helpful to be able to cover clinic nursing shifts once in awhile.
- Previous healthcare management experience required (clinic or outpatient setting preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
- Working knowledge of EMR systems and healthcare regulations
