JOB SUMMARY
Manage personal lines renewal and cross-sales processes. Responds to client’s needs in a professional, accurate, and timely manner. Creates a positive impression on behalf of the agency.
Hours are Monday-Friday from 1PM to 5PM. This role is part-time to start, but can grow in hours based on assumed responsibilities and your work/life balance preferences. You will primarily be working with commerical lines.

POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Answer client inquiries if possible or direct the question to the person best able to respond
- Assist clients with billing inquiries, generate client invoices, and process payments as needed
- Endorse policies as needed
- Review and send policy documents
- Verify billing errors and resolve outstanding items
- Prepare and maintain client communication templates for client follow-up plan
- Manage manually transmitted information in agency management system
- Document all client actions in agency management system
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Property & Casualty License
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in insurance sales and customer service
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
