SERVICE MANAGER - HVAC / R AND MECHANICAL
Position Overview :
Seeking a highly motivated Service Manager, with experience and an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team to be responsible for a team of HVAC mechanics. The successful candidate must possess advanced technical experience in the HVAC / R industry. The ideal candidate will be seeking a long-term relationship with an employer to further their career. This is a full-time and exempt (salaried) position.

Elliott-Lewis Corporation is a full-service HVAC / R (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) contractor. The Mechanical Services deparment provides maintenance, repair and operations, as well as new installations, replacements, design / build and building automation control services to commercial, industrial and governmental customers.
Role and Responsibilities
- Promote and ensure customer satisfaction throughout service operations group including answering client questions realted to services provided.
- Provide internal support to the Service Department as a whole
- Coordinate your team's daily schedule with our dispatch department.
- Provide technical support and direction to field service technicians and ensure that proper service techniques are utilized.
- Conduct site surveys, estimates, and follow through on small projects.
- Provide technical estimating support to sales personnel.
- Performs project and account management tasks including but not limited to managing, supervising, planning, and communicating.
- Multi-task in a way that allows for proper coordination of all service department activities.
- Be detail oriented with a strong understanding of customer service and employee relations.
- Successfully operate in a dynamic environment to ensure business objectives are met.
- Efficiently plan, coordinate, and oversee field service operations.
- Identify work flow weaknesses and implement corrective action.
