The role
Our client, a fast-growing SaaS tech company, is seeking a Total Rewards Director based in NYC to develop a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy for the US offices. This role will work closely with the Global Rewards team to align regional compensation philosophy with the company's broader vision.
As a key partner to GTM leadership, you will drive compensation strategy, incentive plan design for Go-to-Market sales professionals, and executive and sales compensation. You will also oversee benchmarking, equity strategy, and the development of programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent worldwide.
To be successful in this role you must have strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in from NYC office.
Salary range
Compensation Range: $175,000-$200,000 base salary Bonus Benefits
Summary of the role and key responsibilities
- Develop and drive a total rewards strategy aligning compensation and benefits with business goals and market trends.
- Design and implement competitive incentive programs for GTM Sales professionals to enhance performance and drive revenue growth.
- Leverage market data to benchmark compensation, optimize equity plans, and support retention strategies.
- Lead annual compensation cycles, ensuring data-driven and budget-conscious decision-making with HR and Finance.
- Advise senior leaders on compensation, talent retention, and regulatory compliance while ensuring efficiency.
Key skills required
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Total Rewards, specializing in global compensation strategy and benefits.
- Expertise in executive compensation, sales incentives, and equity program design within high-growth global companies.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive strategic decision-making.
- Experience in global benchmarking, pay equity, and compensation governance.
