Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be working with American Family Insurance and Brokered insurance policies, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze customer needs, communicate effectively, and fulfill application process. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for customer service and sales, as well as strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through warm calling to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct Insurance Reviews with current customers explaining coverages and offering suggestions to fulfill needs.
- Intuitively finding solutions for non-renewing polices through other company resources to replace business
- Ensuring all Brokered policies are renewed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive business development initiatives and achieve company goals. Business insurance sales through Midvale Insurnace platform.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with technology sales or account management is a plus.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage task in a timely manner.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
