Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are currently hiring a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team at Ellisville Rehab & Nursing in Ballwin, MO.
About the Role:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, working alongside a collaborative team to ensure high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.
- Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
