Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Ballwin, MO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of nursing staff
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care
- Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments
- Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards
- Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed
- Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility's continuous improvement efforts
Shift and Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Evening shift, night shift, overnight shift
- Weekends Only
- Per diem/PRN
- Weekend availability
