You will lead the design, implementation, and support of various technologies, including infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and security, with the possibility of specializing in a specific technology. You will also work closely with the IT team, providing technical guidance, mentoring junior engineers, and driving projects to successful completion.

You will lead the design, implementation, and support of various technologies, including infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and security, with the possibility of specializing in a specific technology. Responsibilities
- Oversees the administration and optimization of systems and services such as Active Directory, Office 365, MDM, virtualization platforms, and security systems
- Provides strategic guidance and technical expertise for network infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
- Leads the management and maintenance of virtualization technologies, including VMware or Hyper-V environments
- Designs and deploys monitoring of system performance, proactively identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
- May participate in off hours, on-call support rotation to ensure systems support coverage.

Qualifications
- 5 years as a Systems Administrator/Engineer, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience
- IT Industry Certifications from Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, CompTIA, (ISC)², or ISACA may be required.
- Proficiency in managing systems such as Active Directory, Office 365, MDM, and virtualization platforms
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure components, including servers and networking equipment
- Ability to stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices, including firewalls and antivirus software
- Solid understanding of storage systems, including SAN and NAS devices, and backup solutions
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship
