Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
- Communicate effectively with customers to determine their automotive concerns and explain the necessary repairs and services.
- Prepare detailed service estimates and provide clear explanations of work required.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow in the shop.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs.
- Maintain customer records, including detailed notes on services performed and customer preferences.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Utilize computer systems to manage appointments, update records, and process transactions.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive systems and repairs is required to effectively communicate with customers and technicians.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling, record-keeping, and processing transactions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
