Assisted Living Director (with RN license)

Elm Crest is looking for a Director of Assisted Living, preferably with a nursing background and current multi-state or IA RN license! This is a great opportunity if you're looking for that next step in your career!

As the the Director of Assisted Living at Elm Crest, you will oversee the operations of the Assisted Living Departments in accordance with state and federal regulations; as well as, the ABHM mission and core values, including development and implementation of strategies, tactics, policies, and procedures within the ABHM performance dimensions of employee engagement, quality, mission effectiveness and stewardship.

• Salary starts at $76,000/annually and goes up based on your experience!

What You Need:

• Active IA or multi-state Registered Nurse License
• Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) within the state of IA or willing to obtain
• 1 year of Leadership experience required in the Assisted Living or equivalent areas
• Demonstrated leadership competencies in health care management and operations
