ELM Utility Services, with over 1300 employees nationwide, has an outstanding opportunity as an Infrastructure Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and driving continuous improvement in our IT environment. ELM utilizes our LaunchPoint software system with state-of-the-art technology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Storage Management : Administer and manage iSCSI storage arrays, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Virtualization : Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot VMware environments.
- Network Configuration : Configure and manage VLANs, VPNs (including Site-to-Site VPNs), and Azure Virtual Networks.
- Active Directory : Maintain and administer Microsoft ADDS, including DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Cloud Services : Manage Office 365, Azure resources, including Azure Application Gateways, app registrations, Key Vault, and related services.
- Server Management : Perform MSSQL Server backup and restore operations, manage IIS servers, and ensure all systems are secure and up to date.
- Automation & Scripting : Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell to automate routine tasks and deployments.
- CI / CD Pipelines : Experience with YAML pipelines is a plus.
- Certificate Management : Handle the deployment and renewal of SSL / TLS certificates.
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
