This customer service position works typical full-time hours with more hours on occasion, as required. We also offer a competitive wage of $18/hr once training has been completed. Those who are bilingual will earn $19 per hour once training has been completed. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR
As a Customer Care Representative / CSR, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, make follow-up calls, enter purchase orders, and process invoices.
Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met. You are never bored as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy.
CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR QUALIFICATIONS - BILINGUAL
- Call center experience (preferred)
- Must have evening and weekend availability
- Computer proficient
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Service Titian experience is a plus
Experience in the HVAC industry and with Service Titan is a plus, but not required. Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills?
