ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FURNACE OPERATOR Must be able to work night shifts that may include weekends. Safe and efficient operation of equipment to meet the needs (Quality, Cost, Delivery) of our customers.
Ability and wiliness to cross-train on various pieces of equipment Perform machine set-ups, and product changeovers per production schedule, and monitor production processes.
Operation of industrial equipment (forklift, crane, hand carts, industrial tools, etc.) Accurate recording / completion of production paperwork (OEE, production logs, screener checks, work orders) and accurately perform / complete tasks in SAP (product confirmations, maintenance work orders, purchase requisitions) Understand and maintain inventory control systems (ex.
kan bans) Duties and assignments as required by leadership. QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required 2-3 years of manufacturing experience a plus Required to maintain licenses on overhead cranes and forklifts.
