This includes ensuring accurate input and management of employee data, processing bi-weekly payroll, and supporting all recruitment initiatives such as job posting, sourcing, and interview scheduling.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will require an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (preferred but not required). A minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll and benefit administration is also preferred. You must possess excellent attention to detail, demonstrated ability to process information both timely and accurately, and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
