- Overseeing the performance of the HR generalist, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Delegating tasks effectively and ensuring timely completion of HR processes.
- Conducting regular check-ins with the HR generalist to review goals, provide feedback, and address any challenges.
You will also be responsible for:
- Serving as the first point of escalation for complex employee relations issues, offering guidance and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
