Facilities Staff II

We have an exciting part-time job opportunity for a FACILITIES STAFF II position. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Facilities Staff plays a key role in maintaining our Courts Plus and Wilder Mansion facilities by performing routine maintenance, repair and renovation tasks and projects. Responsibilities include: 

• Maintain, repair, remodel, install and construct doors, door hardware, roofs, gutters, windows, plumbing and existing building structure.
• Clean and maintain facility and grounds.
• Drain, clean, refill and perform shock treatment of the aquatics areas.
• Power wash pool deck, test water conditions and maintain pool equipment.
• Recommend departmental improvements, efficiency measures and material purchases.
• Perform room set up and take down.
• Ensure closing procedures at facilities.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are clean and in good operating condition.
• Oversee contracted workers.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• High school graduate or equivalent with previous maintenance and/or repair experience

WHEN YOU’LL WORK: Weekday mornings and some weekend morning availability at times.  

WHAT YOU’LL GET: 

• $17-19/hour depending on experience
• This position falls under Pay Grade D with a pay range of $15.25 - $25.50.
