We have an exciting part-time job opportunity as WILDER MANSION EVENT COORDINATOR!
WHAT YOU’LL DO: The Event Coordinator will oversee the Wilder Mansion events and ensure every guest has a positive experience! They are an integral member of the team!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Arrive before each program early and prepare building for arrival of caterer, vendors and guests.
- Greet each arriving vendor and instruct on set-up.
- Greet the participants and check in if applicable.
- Work with catering staff to oversee event.
- Ensure Mansion is clean for next event and handle any emergencies that may arise.
- Communicate with Facilities Rental Supervisor regarding Mansion events.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING: Some college education with 1-3 years of experience.
WHEN YOU’LL WORK: Weekends from 10am - 12am

The anticipated starting pay for the position is $16.00/hour. This position falls under Pay Grade B with a pay range of $16.00-$38.50.
