The Corporate Controller oversees all corporate accounting functions and the corporate accounting team. This role maximizes return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Oversee the activities of the corporate accounting department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly and quarterly financial statements, annual audits and annual budgets
- Oversee the activities of the cash management, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, core employee expense reports, cash control, core payroll processing and total corporate tax compliance
- Oversee the activities of the accounts receivable department to ensure the accurate and timely management of all accounts receivable aging components including billings, cash receipts application, etc.
- Establishes and maintains systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the company's value
- Collaborates with EVP and President of Accounting for timely financial requests, cash forecasting and opportunities for improvement within the financials of the business
- Participates in a wide variety of special projects and compiles a variety of special reports
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
