POSITION SUMMARY
As an Undergraduate Intern at Elmington, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn about the multifaceted operations of the real estate industry. Your internship will focus on learning about our mission through experiencing a variety of departments and business functions within the Elmington family of companies, shadowing various team members to understand the day-to-day business operations. Our diverse and broad experiences will ensure you understand the full life cycle of our real estate deals from acquisition, through building design and completion, to property management. You'll also interact with support business functions such as Accounting, HR, IT, Talent, Creative Services, and Office Administration while broadening your work experience and meaningfully contributing to company goals and projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
