POSITION SUMMARY
As an Intern at Elmington, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn about the multifaceted operations of the real estate industry. You will have the opportunity to explore all seven lines of business within Elmington and shadow various team members to understand the day-to-day functions, participate in project management initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our company. The seven lines of business that Elmington is comprised of include Elmington Construction, Elmington Affordable, Elmington Residential, Elmington Commercial, Elmington Property Management, OneElmington, and Fortress.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
As an Intern at Elmington, you will have the opportunity to shadow various team members across all seven entities. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Opportunity to shadow team members in various divisions and departments to gain insight into their roles and responsibilities.

Support ongoing projects within each entity by providing research, contributing to brainstorming sessions, or conducting data analysis.

Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and presentations for team and stakeholder meetings.

Collaborate with team members to outline project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Facilitate clear communication within the team and with external partners, drafting emails and updates as needed.

Identify opportunities for enhancing administrative processes, contributing to a more efficient and organized workplace.

Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence to ensure efficient office operations.

Attend team meetings across entities to understand project workflows and collaborative efforts.

Gather information relevant to each entity including market trends, competitor analysis, and best practices.

Regular reflection on experiences and opportunity to share insights with supervisors to enhance learning.

Engage in activities that require coordination among different entities, facilitating a broader understanding of Elmington's operations.

Engage in networking opportunities within the industry.

Spend dedicated time with key employees in specialized roles to gain deeper insight into specific functions.
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:

BS Degree in Business or other relevant programs
