POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant enhances the effectiveness of the Office of the President by performing administrative duties, owning team-wide business functions, and supporting the overall lifecycle of the Property Management process. This role provides representation of the company's President by interfacing with team members, customers, vendor partners, and potential clients. This role will be a true strategizing and executing business partner to the President, and is expected to manage work that is often sensitive and confidential in nature.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Partners with the President on both day-to-day operations and long range planning
- Conducts the Executive Assistant role with zest, a heart for service, and a white glove approach for support
- Manages an extremely active calendar, prioritizing the President's time to ensure her bandwidth is effectively allocated
- Attends key meetings with President, organizing an agenda, capturing follow-up tasks, and supporting the President in project managing items to completion
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication; maintaining credibility, trust, and support with leaders and Executive Assistants in other Elmington lines of business
- Receives and directs visitors and clients
- Arranges complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Manages expense reports within Concur
- Communicates frequently with President and other stakeholders on open items owed to and by internal and external constituencies
- Handles requests for information and data with urgency and sensitivity
- Assists in site updating information repositories that support the management lifecycleonboarding and offboarding
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues, questions, and concerns
- Plans events of various scale; internal retreats, off-sites, meetings, and other department-related projects and events
- Prepares, completes, and modifies documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, contracts, and emails
- Completes annual state regulatory projects
- Assists with special projects and ad hoc assignments, as determined by the President
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience is required
- Experience with property management software systems is helpful, though not required
- Knowledge of the operation of standard office equipment
- High School diploma; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
