POSITION SUMMARY
As the Onboarding Manager at Elmington, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operations across our diverse portfolio of properties. You'll be responsible for spearheading property onboarding initiatives, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders, and empowering our Regional Managers/Regional Vice Presidents (RM/RVP) to drive performance under Elmington's leadership.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Oversee and execute property onboarding items

Complete and coordinate all items needed for successful property operations

Liaison for both the client and all internal communication to support efficient and effective onboardings.

Equip the properties' RM/RVP with tools and expectations for the asset's performance under EPM's Leadership
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:

5 years of property management experience
