We are looking for someone to provide various routine clerical duties to support operations of Elmview. This position will also be expected to cross train with clients and serve as a sub when staff are absent and coverage is not available.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, shredding, scanning and completion of simple forms.
- Operate office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, shredder, and other standard office equipment.
- Serve as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and clients.
- Answer phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepare messages.
- Copy, sort, and file records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.
- Scan, upload, and save client paystubs as directed.
- Scan upload and save client files into setworks.
- Regularly go through client files on OneDrive and upload any documents that are not in setworks. This should be done at least twice each week.
- Prepare letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
- Collect and sort incoming mail and packages, deliver to appropriate department or individual, processes outgoing mail.
- Process petty cash reimbursements and inform the Office Manager when more cash is needed.
- Cover scheduled job coaching and community outings for staff as needed.
- Comply with all applicable Elmview policies and procedures, including but not limited to, Personnel policies, Operating policies, and administrative policies.
- Represent Elmview in a professional manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid Washington state driver’s license
- Ability to meet Immigration and Naturalization I-9 requirements.
- Two years of experience performing similar office tasks (preferred)
