Project Manager, Construction Service
eLoghomes, a leading log home kit manufacturer in the US, is seeking a Project Manager to support the growing Construction Service business of eLoghomes. This position will report directly to the Vice President Operations; and work closely with Construction Service and the Customer Service teams. Our company is based in Battleboro, NC (Nash County).
Responsibilities :
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned customers and projects throughout the companys Construction Service process for log home shell erection
- Interface on projects with both the Customer Service and the Design Teams. Review blueprints for each project assigned
- Audit contracts and process Work Orders for assigned customers
- Ensure customer understanding of the Construction Service process, and engage in ongoing, frequent communications with the customers on their project status
- Coordinate with the manager of eLoghomes subcontractors on project start dates, and during multiple construction phases to completion
- Process invoices and other documentation for assigned customers
- Communicate with customers on changes due to engineering requirements
- Troubleshooting of customer and field issues in coordination with other team members
- Support new ERP system implementation
- Additional responsibilities as required
