Log Home Construction Manager

Job Summary:
eLoghomes is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the construction service process for log home shell erection. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in project management for a custom home builder and possess excellent verbal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Audit contracts and process Work Orders for assigned customers.
• Ensure customer understanding of the Construction Service process and engage in ongoing communications with the customers on their project status.
• Coordinate with the manager of eLoghomes' subcontractors on project start dates and during multiple construction phases to completion.
• Process invoices and other documentation for assigned customers.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in project management for a custom home builder (preferred).
• Degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Knowledge of project management scheduling, scope of work, and budgets.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• High customer service orientation.
• Team player & strong work ethic.
